The Swab from Kolplast is used when collecting and storaging samples of bacteriology, virology, fluency tests, EIA, PCR and molecular biology tests, as well as for forensic applications. The collection using the Kolplast’s Swab can be done from the oropharynx, nasopharynx, anal and vaginal regions.

Tough, non-toxic and soft, our Swab contains solid core coated with Nylon fibers. The fibers are arranged radially, which creates a thin, highly absorbent layer with an open structure. This format provides maximization of the collected material plus a rapid and completed elution. Handle is made of a plastic and flexible material, with pre-cut (optional).
